I have been to Elias Diamonds several times and each time they take GREAT care of me. Once I purchased a gold necklace from them and a month later lost it. When I went back they remembered my name and gave me a great deal on the second necklace. TRUST ME....this place is great. Very helpful and willing to work with you on price. We bought our wedding and engagement rings from our local jeweler. It took us hours to decide and we needed expert help and proper sizing. We learned about gems and diamonds from a an expert, a jeweler! We would never buy on-line - it's just too important

I went in with a friend at around 5PM on 4/29 with three watches (all purchased at a different retailer for about $20 each) that needed battery replacement. We asked if they could change the battery and also fix a scratch on the glass cover of the watch. PETER stated the GLASS was CRYSTAL and could not be repaired, but could be replaced for $40, which we passed on and just opted for the battery replacement. After extensive research and comparison shopping, I finally settled on Elias for an engagement ring in January, 2011. They worked with my budget and helped me get a beautiful ring with a much larger rock then I ever could have afforded at one of the chain stores or brick-and-mortar establishments. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! They were nice when selling me the engagement ring but every time after that they treated me like crap. One week after having the ring a diamond fell out. I took it back to the store and the Bit** (dark hair older lady with glasses) in the store tried to accuse me of doing something bad/rough to the ring. Excellent – I traded my old wedding set for a new and larger Diamond. They have a great selection of diamonds. We found the "perfect" ring and I love it. They are educated about the jewelery they sell, incredibly accomodating, very nice to deal with. Good quality diamonds, not junk like you see at these mall stores!
