I purchased a BMW. It looks nice on the outside but lots of problems. There were engine lights on the owner assured me that it was ok and only because he didn't use BMW parts. Horrible customer service. I returned a call to get more information to relay to someone I know who has a vehicle through them. A man (the owner) picked up, I explained what I was calling in regard to and he proceeded to yell at me and give me an ultimatum. I explained I didn’t appreciate the way I was being spoken to and explained I was trying to help rectify the situation. He proceeded to tell me it was his business and he would talk to me any way he wanted.
Amazing customer service from the first phone call just for information all the way to the signing of the paperwork. Definitely made the car buying experience a breeze. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I love Elias sales Sid and her husband helped me find my first car and I am so happy !!! I recommend them 100 percent very nice people I call them sales people my car is awesome
