Dr. Elia is a well qualified and the most caring doctor I have ever encountered. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be! My daughter has a complicated health problem and he continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. So prompt with test results and concern. His positive attitude, caring demeanor and diligent care have kept her from giving up. I feel very confident that he will resolve her health problems. I highly recommend Dr. Elia...always grateful.

In no way does this reflect on Dr Elia. This is strictly for the front office staff!! Worst experience inside a doctor's office in 33 years....and I am only 33 years old! I will not get into details due to I respect Dr Elia. Let's just say I was a patient of Dr Gerdes for 10 plus years and am in the health care profession myself. Get new office staff STAT before you loose more patients. I even left the doctor a message to speak with him about the situation. Not one call.
