Arrogance won't win my business First and foremost, the technician is very arrogant, I felt very rushed. From a customer experience standpoint alone, I will take my business elsewhere. Speaking to the work done, very poor quality. When I got home all my settings had been erased, I had to call verizon and spend 2 hours on the phone with them just to get back on to the internet, which is the main reason I brought it in. I have since taken my business elsewhere.
No title Jason had to work extra hard for my computer, but it works great now and was worth every penny. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. I would recommend to a friend which I already did. Thanks!

An Honest Shop Owner! I visited Eli for the first time yesterday. His shop is clean, spacious and well organized. I had an issue with a lose power chord connection on my laptop. Eli checked the connections and determined the situation was minimal and not detrimental to the performance of the laptop. He said he could get the parts and do the repair, but it was not necessary at this time. He didnât charge me for the evaluation. Yay! I love this place! I used to turn my laptop on and wait forever before it did anything...it was slow as slow can be. I took it to Eli the Computer Guy, where they cleaned it up real nice and now my laptop runs like a dream. So happy with my experience!
Simple, Great Jason at ETCG brought new life to my old laptop that would've otherwise been in the trashcan. He installed a new, memory-thrifty Linux operating system that performs all the standard windows functions in a much better way.
