Our contractor used Eli for our new build in Homewood. The head electrician was crass and rude. Did nothing we asked. Placed switches in places they don’t make sense and did nothing to follow our plans or the mark ups in our walk through. I came in one morning to the job site and he was bragging about how much alcohol he had the night before during a Bama game. His apprentice was kind. The first tech might have been a talented electrician, but he was unfamiliar with the way the house was wired for 3-way switches. Another tech came back on another day and was able to figure it out. Of course they charge me for all of the hours and wanted a 4% credit card fee. I think they also padded their hours by one or two extra.
Superb electrical team
We have used ELI for years and have always been super happy with them until the last two times. We called to have them change one floor plug and one breaker (we identified the problem breaker ourselves before their visit). The total amount of time they were working at our house was 20 minutes at best. We were give a bill of $734 for that small amount of work.
