We have worked with Eli Peer for 25 years as an appraiser, authenticator, restorer, and retailer of rugs of all kinds. He is the third generation in his family to deal with rugs. His knowledge is vast and he is a great pleasure to work with.
Beware. I purchased an oriental rug from these people with a written assurance that the rug could be returned for a cash refund. I tried to return the rug in a timely manner. Mr. peer refused to accept it and refused to refund my purchase price. He shouted at me and said it did not matter what written assurances had been given, he would not honor them.
