Philo seems to revel in bombarding viewers with a nonstop stream of revolting ads. None of our family members are Black, none of them have any connection to the products, yet the commercials act as if we’re supposed to be. Every ad pretends to pitch their so‑called service, while the medication they push looks suspiciously designed for only certain demographics (again black that is)—conveniently the same ones plastered across their endless, nauseating ad cycle
Very poor product shipment - claims it shipped with care yesterday but the packing materials tell a different story
A family member was getting medication from a smaller more affordable compounding pharmacy that they sued and took to court. Was no longer able to use them. They are apparently targeting lots of small compounding pharmacies and trying to get them shut down and winning. So made the switch to them, but they made an error then sade we were lying when they sent the wrong strength. Was told we would have to pay full price. I use Mounjaro weekly. One of the pens didn't release medication and I called to have the pen replaced due to the cost of each pen. After not hearing from Lilly I called back and found out they rejected my claim. Reason: A back room specialist told the customer cervice rep I talked to that this pen actually did deliver the medication. Wow ... a clairvoyant in the back room! A company that makes billions of dollards will not replace a customers Mounjaro pen. If I could give them a zero I would.
