Unfortunately I’ve consistently run into issues with shipping and refills in which my order either is delayed multiple times and I miss doses of my medication or I have to repeatedly speak with the gift help support team to correct the errors. The use of AI for screening calls makes me want to pull my hair out. I’ve found the support team to be 50/50 on actually being of assistance, I’d probably rate this lower if it weren’t for the few interactions with staff like Brandi who were positive and helpful.
