Dr. Jackson saw my elderly mother who is from out of town and got us in on short notice. He fixed the issue very quickly and made my mother feel at ease. Great dentist! Highly recommend!
Dr Jackson has always been there for me and greatly aided my health multiple times
I think Dr. Jackson is OK as a dentist, but the biggest issue i have is with the prices. That is why I stopped going to him. When I needed a repair to a crown after a root canal, his price was $300. A check with Briarwood dental gave me a quote of $80 and that is where I had the work done. So his prices seem way out of line compared to other dentists in Bowling Green. If you think he is worth it and you like the fancy building he works in and you have lots of spare money...
I know at least four people personally, both of my parents included, that this man has messed up. He is a quack and left a broken-off tip of an instrument in the root of my dad's tooth for YEARS. The botched job he did on my mom's teeth has cost her thousands over the years. It might be nice to get a paraffin dip and sit in a massage chair while you get your teeth cleaned, but you may walk out without them!
Excellent staff, clean environment and over all welcoming experience.
