I am a long distance cyclist and was experiencing difficulty breathing while riding. After all kinds of testing which showed nothing wrong the pulmonologist I was seeing said he was baffled and sent me to see Dr Friedman. Dr F walks in the door, says he already looked at all my records, says I know what you have and the good news is you won't have to give up cycling. Yes, I am a 73 year old, 53 year runner. Dr. Friedman, Elie, diagnosed my Afib, got me an immediate appointment for an ablation procedure and I now feel great, and am running 20-25 miles a week without complications. But, in addition to Elie being an outstanding MD he is a better person. I can honestly say I feel like a friend not a patient. I have never experience a Doctor and person like Elie Friedman!
