My favorite place to be, superb service and the beer on tap always changes.
One of the best places in CT... great atmosphere, good food, and tons of great beer.
Bask in the comfortable chaos. No, they do not have Budweiser. Ever.
Great beer selection. Food is pretty good but nothing mind blowing. Can get very crowded though in the winter when the back isn't open.
Eli's is exactly how I pictured it would be... reminds me of Rudy's and Group W Bench having a lovechild. And it's fantastic! So much fun stuff to look at, talk about and I wanted to scribble all over the ceiling with chalk, adding my personal touch :-) Beers, food and waitstaff were all wonderful. Highly recommend the guacamole, reuben, and smokehouse burger :-) The ceiling did have an unfortunate leak however it just added to the charm and I quickly grabbed my bag and hustled over to the other side of the table.
