Enrique Ramos is an awesome guy to have as your landlord. The move in & move out process was an easy one! We got our full security deposit back with no issues. He had quick responses to any questions we had. Anything maintenance related was always taken care of within a few days. Highly recommend him to anyone. The best landlord we have ever dealt with.
When trying to line up another apartment and thinking we had one. We put in our final days.. than we found out the apartment wasn't ready. Asked if we could have more time. And it wasn't an issue. Super nice guy and very helpful.
Landlord was great when I was trying to find another place. Was willing to help me and my boyfriend out until I got the answer on the place where we were trying to move. Great people to work with.
