I could never carry those heavy bags of salt from my car to my basement. Thank goodness, the nice people from Elgin Water Care take care of it for me.
My salt delivery gentleman is just THAT: a gentleman! He's usually on-time, but ALWAYS polite, professional, and respectful of my property.
Elgin Water Care has an amazing employee in Gregg Adams, who knows the industry inside and out. Came out, inspected our unit, it needed re programming, and he tested the water, re set everything. He walked through what to look out for and really after a few days now I can tell a huge difference in our water! He said 30 years in this business and still passionate about helping people. It shows. Model employee I will be cecommending him and EWC for sure!
