Treated me as if I'm an idiot yet I knew more about the car than they were selling to me. Wasn't very friendly nor a welcoming environment.

Why bother asking what people think about their car buying experience if you DONT post what they want to say? My post was rejected 3 times? The car they sold me and said was a certified car, the engine blew 20min after leaving their lot. people have to know this!

Continued to call me even after telling me the car I wanted was sold. I told them at least three times to stop calling, and then each time a different person would call and seem completely unaware they had sold the car I wanted or that I'd told them to stop calling!
I bought a car from Steve Johnson at Elgin Hyundai. It was sold " As is No Warranty". Steve calls me the day after the sale. Asks if I'm happy with my purchase. I told him on the day I bought it I could use a second key. But I did not have the time to wait for one. I would run to home depot to get it cut. Probably a $2.00 key. Turns out the key has a chip, $70.00 at Home depot. I bought the factory blanks with chip online for $20.00 each. He tells me to come back out and they will cut and program the keys. They did. WOW.
