We’ve had great experience with the care and support my aunt has received at Elgin Falls. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and caring, and it’s clear that they take the time to get to know their residents as people. I moved a Family Member into Elgin Falls Retirement Home when it became clear that she needed help day to day. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. I'm my experience every single person you pass in the building has a smile and a nod. Super friendly and always heloful staff The building is beautifully kept, Food is great quality.
