I got my nails done because I heard good things, but I’m very disappointed in the service provided. Gel polish peeling off the acrylic, did not trim the cuticles and instead used her finger nail to push around the nail bed, and did not cover the entire nail. 60$ for nothing. I was ok at first view but once I got home and took a good look I wanted to cry. This was my birthday gift to myself so definitely feeling bummed

I had the same nail tech at a different salon for 10 years. She recently moved.. I had been to three salons to try to find the pedicure that I needed. I did not get what I needed. I visited Elfers Nails and the owner Tina was immediately very pleasant. Jenny did, by far, the best spa pedicure I’ve ever had. She is so gentle. She took the time to very carefully cut all of the cuticles, be so gently with slight ingrown toenail, Amazing very long leg and foot massage, wrapped my feet and very warm towels. Asked for a soak off and they didn’t do that , my nails were long I wanted to keep my long nails and have them paint them but no she cut both the acrylics and my actual nails cut my fingers multiple times and laughed about it. My nails are so short way past where they should be. Will never be back . Told her multiple times only a soak off she messed them all up . They don’t listen to what you want… VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UPSETTING
