I had the same nail tech at a different salon for 10 years. She recently moved.. I had been to three salons to try to find the pedicure that I needed. I did not get what I needed. I visited Elfers Nails and the owner Tina was immediately very pleasant. Jenny did, by far, the best spa pedicure I’ve ever had. She is so gentle. Asked for a soak off and they didn’t do that , my nails were long I wanted to keep my long nails and have them paint them but no she cut both the acrylics and my actual nails cut my fingers multiple times and laughed about it. My nails are so short way past where they should be. Will never be back . Told her multiple times only a soak off she messed them all up . They don’t listen to what you want… VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UPSETTING

Amazing work I wish I could post a pic it’s not letting me for some reason Took my 8 year old here for her first pedicure and they were so sweet and took great care of her and made her feel like a princess Great prices Everyone is extremely sweet as well I seen people posting negative reviews and posting horrible photos. I’m sure they weren’t communicative about what they wanted. They could have told the nail tech that they didn’t like the work when it was first being done so it could’ve avoided that but you guys don’t like ... read more
