Wow 11600 Audelia apts? Like they say good help is hard to come by. I most admit I am not a happy camper, this place is going down! Maintenance is the number one problem., when first moved it wasn't all that bad, my rating would be 4.5 now I give it a weak 2. Hire a certified Maintenance personal and perhaps a supervisor and things will get better. Ohh and you residents with pets, why don't you pick up after them please, soon the place will look like a petting zoo. Sorry but not, I had to tell it like it is.
PLEASE READ DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have lived here since May of 2021 because of the location, and price but its not worth it, I have had roaches since I’ve moved in and complained and they didn't offer a clean out until Nov 22! Disgusting! They are every where as you can see and the photos above will show you there is proof that they have been told. The regional manager Shannon Kiowski has been aware since day one and has done nothing. I asked to transfer but she says I have to finish my lease. If I wasn’t so busy I would fin... read more
