Elven25 at Pabst is a beautiful historic building, and you might feel like you're living in the past while you're here. To start, the building itself is awesome. There's a lot of original brick and wood, and it feels like a nice blend of modern and historic. Of the apartments I've been in, all of them have had tall ceilings, which is a plus. As a parent of a resident, I would NEVER recommend this place. They moved our daughter into an already occupied apartment. After she moved in they accessed her apartment with a friend of the previous resident to "get his stuff". They never notified us or proved any identity. There are MAJOR management issues. Most of the positive reviews are actually fake. Contact the reviewers and you will find out they are not tenants. It's insane that this is a professionally run building.
This apartment complex moved me into a dirty apartment and refused to clean it for over two weeks. On top of that the previous tenant was still living there, which being a girl living with a male tenant I was definitely not comfortable with. My biggest issue is the safety concerns that come with living here. I have spoken to management multiple times about needing a 48 hour notice before they come in and have had management come in without knocking multiple times.
