Our property manager Carolyn was always available and listened to our concerns, to ensure that issues were resolved. The company is of a very high professional standard, as a tenant I would recommend and use their services again. A thank you to Carolyn for the professional courtesy shown to us.
Eleven Property took over our lease half way through our tenancy and Carolyn made the transition effortless. At end of lease she was easy to communicate with and went out of her way smooth out the bumps for us during what is a very busy and stressful time for our small family. She was very accommodating, thanks Carolyn!
Was with Eleven Property for six years as a renter. They are hands down the best real Estate I have ever had. Friendly, Professional and above all caring. They always got back to me quickly to resolve any problems and were very helpful. Special mention for Geoff and Carolyn who were above and beyond.
