RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost 2years - renewed our lease till may of 2021. I think our complex is pretty great and the people who work here are pretty awesome, generally very kind and caring (with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 staff, they can’t all be gems) My neighbors are kind of young and so you deal with the weekend parties and loud music but it’s usually done by 11/12 which is fine with me. I usually don’t post things like this but I am so frustrated I don’t know what else to do. I have called, put in maintenance requests, and emailed about the ant situation in my apartment. I have gone through bottles of Ant Raid trying to get rid of them and deep clean my apartment DAILY. Eleven North’s response? “It is hard to keep all the bugs out of the buildings 24/7 since they like to sneak in as people enter/exit the buildings.” So am I supposed to just live with ants?? I am not writing this review to be malicious, but there is only so much a person can deal with before being fed up. This review is meant to keep Eleven North & Lincoln Properties accountable for their actions (or lack of). The current leasing agents they have do their best with what they have been told/given from Lincoln Properties & Upper Management. The electric company is right across the street and they’re building a new substation. The property managers did not warn the renters of the upcoming building and there’s concrete dust all over the balconies things stored there including the bicycle which is probably ruined. There is also loud building construction noise all day beginning early in the morning.Why didn’t the property managers offer renters on that side of building some temporary storage at no cost while this construction was going on.
