Fantastic Brew Pub! – This has to be one of the best brew pubs in the state-bar none! Although the meals, while really great, are slightly expensive, this place is still worth the trip. Also, there's a few things on the menu that are delicious and not too pricey. Try the Hummus & Pita, and the Spinach and Pear salad! the Rock Filet is the specialty and it's dynamite! A knockout beer selection tops it all off. Don't listen to haters who say this place is too snotty. It's a fabulous place to have some good beers and good food.... read more

Great Draft beer – The wife and I stopped in here for a few beers while staying in Columbus. We arrived at 6:30pm and the place was fairly crowed, but it was a Friday night after all. We did find a small table and I sampled all their beer (you get a small glass of each). Their beer is very good and I enjoyed having a little of each. We just ordered some appetizers and they were very tasty. Tried to stop in here on our next trip but a private party was being held so couldn't sample anymore beer.

Fun place to dine – My husband and I both really enjoyed our experience here. We started with an unusual appetiser, beer corn battered brats, we were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. I ordered the surf and turf on a rock, a very unique dining experience, you cook your steak and seafood on a rock at your table. We both enjoyed our food, and would return here if we were in Columbus again.

This place is great! – I'm sure I have been here more times than any of those providing the negative reviews, and I have never had a bad experience here. I agree with one of the reviewers who claimed that those looking for a chain restaurant or bar like TGIF should just stick to that! The beer selection is great and it tastes good too. I have only eaten here twice and the food was good, although not fine dining, but you are at a microbrew with the most unique atmosphere in Columbus, set in a historic building with original s... read more

Great – Ate an early lunch here and it was excellent. Everything was great. From the appetizer to the dessert I could not recommend this place more. The beer was also excellent. I could see that it may get loud and busy for dinner. However the prices are average for a good meal, the place is beautiful and the food and drink great! All in all one of the best resteraunts I have been to...no idea where the negative reviews come from...unless of course good dining to you is TGIFridays then you may be let down....culture shock I ... read more

Beer lover's hot spot that has befriended its Prohibition-era ghosts. – The Scene Gorgeous woodwork, stained glass and oceanic lighting in the bar area. Young professionals lounge around, sipping from exotic glassware. The dining room's wooden booths have high, thick walls, but the halogen lights are distractingly bright. The Food Appetizer-wise, the Prince Edward Island mussels are serviceable, but the crab cakes aren't quite as spicy as the menu suggests. The pork chops are a hit--two meaty monsters served with smashed swe... read more

Horrible – DO NOT TRY THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!! The best part of the entire evening was leaving and going somewhere else. Overpriced, in-edible, and rude. Stay closer to the Arena or the Short North, you'll have a better time.

Horrible Food / Decent Drinks – Perhaps the WORST food I have ever had!!! Everything from the bread, soups, salads, entrees and desserts was absolutely horrible. Some of the beers were quite tasty, while others were very average. I recommend the Pilsner, ESB, and Dopplebock. This is a very attractive restaurant/bar. I just wish that the food could live up to the ambiance. I suggest having some drinks and watching all of the pretty people. DO NOT EAT! Food and Drinks are one category in the rating system. I gave it a one becu... read more
