We recently had service done with Elevator Boutique and the whole experience was great. From the very beginning, Alex was extremely helpful in answering all our questions about our elevator and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. When it came time for the service, Marlon was the technician who came out. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job making sure everything was working properly. Overall, we feel confident and happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
