I have been getting my hair cut at this location for 20 years. From time to time I have randomly visited other barbers in the Twin Cities. Elevation’s Barber Shop always offers me the best looking cut for the time spent. All the barbers offer great customer service. I love that I don’t have to listen to vulgar music, watch a random movie, or sports on a television. It’s a “Healthy male” environment. With conversation about music, culture, and the black experience.

Mike is the owner of this fine established and he has been a staple of that community for over 25 years. Super clean haircuts and great customer service.

Simply put; ML is amazing! He is well skilled, he takes great pride in his craft. He doesn’t get enough credit for a lot of successful barbers he has helped elevate in terms of their careers. Lastly, not only is he an excellent barber but he’s an amazing musician as well. You rarely find someone who has a super positive attitude. The name “Elevations” suits the business well Because when you walk into the shop you are automatically elevated because of ML positivity towards his Customers.

First time checking this place out and I'll definitely come back again. Atmosphere is laid back. Came in for my appointment, got the cut that I wanted mike is a great guy

I was not the one to visit, but I am the wife of the guy with the new haircut. I can vouch that this is the freshest haircut he's ever gotten! As is customary with men, all my husband did was decide he wanted a haircut that day, googled "barbers near me," and somehow got the best barber in the whole world. If I had done the same just randomly picking out a hairstylist I'd come out with a mullet probably.
