Elevation Salon & Spa was a great experience. I received a few massages at Elevations with gift certificates I had been given. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing and the staff were nice and professional. I thought my massage therapist did a great job and would recommend this salon's services and would go back myself.
Disappointing I used a gift certificate for my first massage at this "spa". I have recieved many massages and this was one of the worst. The therapist was strictly going through the motions and did not spend any time on problem areas. My hour long massage was only 45 minutes after the therapist was late getting me from the couches but ended it in an hour after my scheduled appointment. Extremely disappointed in my experiences with Elevation Salon & Spa thus far, and I haven't even had any services. I called to check on the status of a gift certificate I had received but misplaced – the woman on the phone was helpful and was able to look it up. I asked to schedule an appointment for a massage. When I showed up for the massage, not only was there no appointment, my name wasn't even in the system. Briana is AMAZING!! It was my first time at Elevation and I came in for a dramatic haircut change and a color. I brought in a couple pictures of my ideas and Briana took my vision and ran with it. She created the perfect color and gave me a great haircut tailored to my thick, curly hair. She went above and beyond my expectations.
They obviously don’t care about their customers. They only care about the $. I was very excited to get my hair done here and unfortunately I will never be coming back here for anything and will tell everyone I know not to come here
Lisa was sweet and professional. She listened well to my brow preferences and nailed it! 10/10 would recommend!
My experience was very positive. I will definitely be going back for a pedicure. I have already recommended to the ladies in my dispatch office.
