Katie showed us a local house and we were very impressed by her local knowledge and enthusiasm for her job. Before the showing she provided comparables in the neighborhood as well as additional information about the listing. A few days after the showing she contacted us to see if we had any more questions. Katie Mitchell and Elevation Realty are AMAZING! To say Katie did a great job would be an understatement to what she did for us. Katie was absolutely outstanding! She is very knowledgable of the current market as well as the overall process of purchasing your new home. Katie and Chip are excellent agents. I think I referred to Katie as a Bulldog as in a Go getter. I am very inpressed. I have already bagan to refer folks to them. My experience was awesome, I don't think I could have had a better buying experience. Thanks to them we are moving in to a sweet little home and I think we will be very happy there! :)
