BEWARE Elevation PM manages The Twist Hotel in Palm Springs. I should note that I have been a property manager for 5 years and would never tolerate the lack of service from this company. They have kept $1839.38 of mine since October 2022, and getting it back OR even one person to return any of my correspondence about it, remains an absolute nightmare 7 months later. We lived at the Ranchero apartments in Palm Springs. When we saw this adorable little complex, we feel in love immediately! But then things started to go south real fast. They have the maintenance manager Emilio who lives on site. So when we needed something fixed we would let him know, which is what we were advised to do. Unfortunately everything we would ask him to fix, never would get fixed. We couldn't open our windows because he couldn't even fix our screens to fit on the window frame.
