Scheduling is a nightmare-called no answer left vm that stated they would need a couple days to call back never received a call back. Called again the next week, gave all of my info to the person that answered the phone. Said she would process it and call me back in a half hour. That did not happen. It has now been a couple weeks and still nothing from them.

Needed test for torn meniscus. They sent pre-approval to insurance co.asking for mri- right knee (correct) and xray - left knee( ?) .Since it was inconsistent, insurance denied tests.Was not notified until I called and asked about delay. Took another week to straighten this out to get appt for tests. Scheduled a appointment before christmas, they said they were waiting on insurance to get back to them, it's now been a week and still haven't called me back or anything, they hung up on me when I called to see they even got the order, it's gillette I really should be surprised.
