Great people and a great place!!!
Needed test for torn meniscus. They sent pre-approval to insurance co.asking for mri- right knee (correct) and xray - left knee( ?) .Since it was inconsistent, insurance denied tests.Was not notified until I called and asked about delay. Took another week to straighten this out to get appt for tests. When finally getting mri I had trouble getting comfortable (to maintain position 25min)due to previous injury and was told to "quit fidgeting,) Now Ive gotten bill showing only amount owed out of pocket-no charge total, insuranc... read more
Scheduled a appointment before christmas, they said they were waiting on insurance to get back to them, it's now been a week and still haven't called me back or anything, they hung up on me when I called to see they even got the order, it's gillette I really should be surprised.
First time there, staff are so friendly! It's professional, clean, lovely office. The people there won me over, they are just so nice!
