We cant begin to express how valuable our hospice team from Elevation has been to our mother and our family. We're thankful for everything they all do to help keep her comfortable and happy. Mom loves Deena for helping her get up and ready to face each day. She loved all of her nurses, Krista, Rae, April and especially Holly, who took care of mom once she moved to the Abbington-Murray. I have had a great experience with Elevation. Mark and Tony have gone far beyond expectations with all their patients and families. The nurses are amazing! I know Elevation gives 110% in everything they do. I highly recommend this company for palliative and hospice care.
I work for a hospice company but due to my mom being in the hospital we could not use my company. We were offered 2 choices and went with Elevation. The nurse and liaison that came the 1st time were amazing! My mom passed the next morning. We have heard nothing from Elevation since that first visit. We requested SW and a Chaplin but no one ever called or came. If this had been my 1st encounter with a hospice company it would have left a very bad impression. Mark was invaluable to my family as we gathered around my 87-year-old mom, who had lived a wonderful life and worn herself out in service to others. Through tears, laughter, and cherished memories, we had a beautiful experience saying goodbye. Mark was incredibly sensitive, knowledgeable, and seamlessly became part of our journey. Thank you, Mark, for being there during such a meaningful moment.
Everyone here is so kind caring and professional. You never want to find yourself in a situation to have to use their services but the support they offered was next to none. Thank you.
