Had to replace downstairs unit 3 years ago still works great with no issues. Now our upstairs AC went out and we used Elevation again due to their fair pricing and great customer service. Their friendly technician are very knowledgeable and on time. No extra charge on weekends and very fair prices. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a great AC company with great warranty.

I live in Lago Vista, my a/c went out & I called Elevation & they could have someone out within 2hrs but I had to work. We set up appointment for 9am the next day & Kevin was here promptly. I have a very old system & he told me what was wrong & didn’t try to get me to buy a new system or anything I didn’t need. With the heat of summer almost upon us, I'm feeling particularly fortunate to have a new and efficient HVAC system installed by Elevation. These guys did everything they could to keep our old system going as long as it would last, even going so far as to loan us a motor leftover from a new install.
