I am a visitor from Portland, OR and I stopped by to pick up a menu while out looking for dinner in the area. One of the things I have noticed in Maryland is most employees don't know much about the company they work for. I loved elevation burger and then tonight my order was totally screwed up. My burger had tomatoes, elevation sauce, and pickles on it, none of which I ordered. I could understand maybe getting one thing wrong but three toppings wrong? When I called to tell the staff a woman (who spoke very hard to understand English) told me she was the manager when in fact she was not and was actually a "team chief" or something to that effect.
