Too much turnover of the staff for such a new property. Place is like a revolving door. Doors blow open on the top floor during the winter from the wind freezing out the hallway and they can't figure out how to resolve it. They put out signs stating pet free but there are dogs everywhere. On top of all of that half the reviews on here are from current/previous staff. Place is a joke.

RecommendedHIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very helpful and friendly staff at this apartment complex, great location with views of the city and everything you need! The pool is awesome, gym is huge!, and it’s just walking distance from the train station which is perfect for my commute into Boston! The Maintenance has been very quick to respond and the leasing staff has been very nothing but friendly! I can’t say enough about this place!
Elevation is an amazing place! Amazing location, right next to the train station. They offer shuttle service for residents. The view is amazing! The leasing staff is amazing, very quick to respond and take care of any issues. Maintenance is also amazing! They get to work orders as fast as possible!
Don't move here unless you like mold growing in your closets and being woken up at 4am by gunshots. The management team is amateur. If you are spending this amount on rent, go to an Avalon or other professionally managed property. Don't believe the positive reviews either. My wife and I love our new apt here at elevation. Great amenities and a gorgeous view of Boson & the ocean. 😀
This management company need to cut cost from coffee. Before you sign lease they offering coffee for all tenants 24/7 but now when you bring guest over your guests will see your living style with coffee schedule. It is very low level idea to help company save small amounts of money, if machine cannot afford too many uses mean is time to add another machine. You need high incomes to live here and pay expensive rent plus (watch elevation management face to have a coffee) think carefully before you decide to live here.
Apartments are beautiful and spacious! Friendly staff. Community areas are my favorite: clean and full of games for entertainment. Best of all is that they keep residents engaged with activities scheduled throughout the month. I lied, the best perk is the free coffee!
