Like most essex communities the office staff is unresponsive, this complex especially doesnt seem to care about the rules they put down with dogs off leash and multiple times I've emailed about a resident with off leash dogs that he has little control over. One dog barking and lunging at me and this has happened three times since moving here. I'd call animal control but how am I supposed to do that if I don't know who the person is?
😀06/23/2025 Update 😀 As in my 1st review I love this community. In 2026 I will have been a resident of Elevation Apartment for 10 years. I am humbled and grateful to the Elevation staff (including maintenance) for givinge the opportunity to live happily within this community. They have worked me on some issues and they was patient with me during that time. Their's a sense of safety and peace living in this community. I am so grateful. Horror! During viewing of the apartment 10/28/2024 Inside apartment 1 R 136 and 1H-115- It stinks of chemicals, aerosol sprayed against insects or cockroaches, or some kind of varnish, and it stinks so much that your head hurts after 2 minutes. The carpet is dirty, the wall is chipped, the dishwasher is dirty, the electric stove is rusty, the kitchen cabinets are terrible!
