I would not recommend renting from this management group/property. Set up a tour requesting a 2 bedroom 1 bath top floor only (there were several available and vacant). Drove from out of state and when we arrived they had us set up for a 2 bed 2 bath in which the cleaners were in while we walked through. Contacted them immediately and they then let us view a 2 bed 1 bath. Concerning the company can remotely open the doors without even being onsite. Horror! During viewing of the apartment 10/28/2024 Inside apartment 1 R 136 and 1H-115- It stinks of chemicals, aerosol sprayed against insects or cockroaches, or some kind of varnish, and it stinks so much that your head hurts after 2 minutes. The carpet is dirty, the wall is chipped, the dishwasher is dirty, the electric stove is rusty, the kitchen cabinets are terrible!
Second time in July they closed pool on Sunday and don’t answer for a call
