About 2 years ago, Doug and this team came out to install our new metal roof. At first, everything seemed fine, it's AZ so it didn't rain for quite some time for us to notice, but i want to say a couple months in we noticed spots (which turned into several more as time went on) that leaked bad. We called Doug and he did come out on a few separate occasions to "caulk" the roof, all of which was never successful.
