Great local gym that offers 30 minute HIIT classes and 45 minute heavy HIIT-er (strength) classes in a fun, uplifting atmosphere. I've been coming consistently for a few months now, 2-3 times a week. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They will work with your current fitness level and help you to improve! I have so much more energy these days, and I'm better able to manage stress and anxiety. My low back and sciatica pain are GONE. My clothes fit better as well!
This small and friendly gym packs a punch! They have everything you need to get a fantastic workout in during their 30-45 minute group fitness classes. But what earns Elevated it's name is their investment in people: the coaches are encouraging, attentive, and personable; they care about their clients' success and offer modifications freely to meet clients where they are at in their fitness journey. The community they've built is fantastic: people of all fitness levels cheering one another on as we PUT IN THE WORK!
Believe the hype – you will FIT IN I’ve always been leery of ‘gyms’, fearing I wouldn’t fit in and would be unable to keep up with a fast paced environment – however, from the moment I walked into Elevated Fitness, I felt comfortable and at ease. Chris and the trainers do a wonderful job providing feedback, modifications and techniques while keeping up the energy and fun! Do yourself a favor and sign up for a class – the high energy and positive environment will keep you coming back!
