Attention to detail matters! The service was already impeccable. But as David Fry was about to walk out of the garage and back to the truck, one small piece caught his eye that made all the difference. Something that would have broke within a couple of months that would have made me call them back to fix. This is after the fact that they had the courtesy to send the name and photo of who is coming out the morning of our appointment. That is “Elevated” service! High Recommend these guys!!
This place was so awesome! The tech was quick. We called around 7:30 and they had a tech there by 9 am. Saved our bacon! The tech Derek was awesome and super friendly!
UPDATE: 06/19/2026. I am inspired by them even moreso. They sent their Ace Derrick and he knocked it out of the park when my Spring broke. He replaced the whole thing for the same price the original proprietary company would have charged to troubleshoot and replace their own propriety spring setup. I won't mention which company that is; but, all I can say is that no one else can work on those internal springs except them. That company created a captive audience. I have been doing business with the owner, Duffy, for years and have always trusted him—he is consistently fair, honest, and knowledgeable. Fantastic service. My Torquemaster springs broke, so of course I consulted with a popular video platform, chatted with some AI, and mustered some overzealous ambition. I was going to fix the garage spring myself. Well, turns out the cost of the Torquemaster spring was not significantly less expensive than the entire torsion spring conversion, completed by Elevated Entrances.
