Suzanne is very calming and amazing! She has been working with me as Business Coach and Hypnotherapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with life, business or really anything! On entering the doors at Elevate Life Studio one experiences a beautiful, clean, calming and energizing space! I purchase a punch card pass to Elevate Life so I can take unique classes that my other workout club does not provide. I love Leslie Smith's Target Zen class -- a fun cardio/target toning/deep stretching (and final nap!) class that everyone should check out!
This is an awesome studio!! I love the family feeling that I have found here. The classes are great! I had a lot of shoulder problems before I started here in June, now I don’t have to go to chiropractor anymore. ❤️❤️❤️
I love attending different classes at Elevate Life- Relaxation, yoga NIDRA & stretch/tone. Lots of choices during the day with knowledge amazing instructors (friends!)... its a great space & there’s parking ... I always walk out ready for my day! 💕
