Have had a horrible experience with andres from their billing department and continue to be asked to make calls and solve issues for their billing department in order for me to continue receiving treatment. no one at the office has seemed to be able to help at all and Andres continues to become more hostile and combative over the phone. im extremely disappointed in the treatment i have received here and how billing is being handled
I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! Very kind and amazing personnel. Vanessa is an amazing and sweet person who treats patients with so much care. She’s the best !! Made me feel confortable while on my treatment. Dr Perez is very caring and made me feel comfortable to tell him my concerns. The rest of the staff : Yamil, Nicole and Lina. Are great and helpful as well. I’m very thankful for all of them. ❤️ I highly recommend!
