Never experienced worse service living in an apartment and the management seem to be of no help. When we were having issues with our neighbor, not once did they pick up the phone when I called multiple times (and multiple numbers!) not only are they unhelpful, they make living here extremely difficult and I would avoid all elevate buildings if I were you.
Jersey was beyond helpful with our process for signing the lease! He made everything happen super quick and super easy! Definitely the best!
I’m very pleased with my apartment, as it’s in a fantastic location with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and dining options. The area feels safe, thanks to the building's excellent security measures and the well-lit neighborhood. Convenience is another highlight, with everything I need just a short walk away. The management also provides exceptional service, promptly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. Overall, this apartment has met my expectations in every way.
