I feel like I’m walking into a luxurious spa when I go there. The staff is so professional and helpful! I’m super excited for the device they have helped me to get for my sleep apnea!
I love all the extra comforts the office provides for their patients.
Absolutely love this place, all of the staff are delightful and are always friendly and Dr. Mai and Dr. Pearlman are an amazing team , they go over and beyond for thier patients, Im so glad I found this office after repeated bad experiences with dentist...and they do way more than just dentistry!

Elevate Smile Design helped to significantly treat my sleep apnea. Every oral treatment or remedy they have suggested has been effective for me, allowing me to sleep better and thus live better. If I don’t follow my sleep plan (using Xlear nasal spray and wearing my oral sleep apparatus), I don’t have a good night of sleep and am groggy and irritable the following day.
