Irina personally is one of the worst people in the real estate industry I have worked with. She is very unprofessional and lies. Very hard to reach and communicate with. As well she charges things on security deposits that are completely unnecessary. We were supposed to have solar our whole time in our unit and are stuck with an additional $1026 electric bill due to solar never being active. Only occupied unit for 5 months due to MANY issues.
