I love this place. Candido is a hair genius. He really knows what he’s doing. The haircuts he’s given me are easily the best I’ve had in 10 years.
I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment—well within their clearly stated 15-minute grace period—only to be told it had been canceled by the stylist Violet. I completely understand the importance of being on time, but if your policy allows a 15-minute window, it should be respected.
