I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment—well within their clearly stated 15-minute grace period—only to be told it had been canceled by the stylist Violet. I completely understand the importance of being on time, but if your policy allows a 15-minute window, it should be respected. Canceling on a client who is still within that timeframe feels unprofessional and rigid. terrible place! went last week for a cut and style with LAYERS. my hair was cut way too short and i was given no layers at all when that’s specifically what i asked for. i called a few days ago and spoke to the manager who said she would fix it for me. went in with her and she somehow managed to mess my hair up even more! she did the exact opposite of what i asked her to do. gave me uneven layers that aren’t blended and when i expressed that i didn’t like it she told me to “just live with it” don’t waste your time or money.... read more
