Unprofessional and unorganized. Avoid at all cost
I would put 0 stars if I could I’ve had nothing but issues with Elevate Property Management. As a tenant, I’ve been forced to deal with their blatant disregard for the BC Tenancy Act. Despite bringing up legal requirements, they consistently refuse to take action or even acknowledge their responsibilities. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to have any basic requests addressed, only to be met with indifference and excuses.They also will lose paperwork and fail to properly address the move-in inspection process.I personally w... read more
Last thing you want to do as a mature and respectful tenant is to waste your time filing a RTB quiet peace and enjoyment complaints from them renting a suite to someone who is constantly and maliciously being disruptive at all hours of the mornings including harassing behaviour towards a building full long term tenants who get along respectfully great and who have been through hell including the police being called 5 times for violence and other disfunctional disruptions.
Not sure why anyone would do business with these clowns. Times are tough I guess.
