Life-Changing Recovery After ACL Surgery I honestly can't recommend Elevate Movement and Recovery enough. Worked with Michael Deluca at Elevate on a 12wk program to reduce my tennis elbow pain, but instead, the Therapy plan completely resolved it! I just realized today its been weeks since I felt pain in the night or even playing pickelball. Thank you Mike and Elevate!
What an experience it has been to work with Mike!! Nothing but great things to say about him. I have had chronic hip pain for over 5 years now, and through six months of recovery with Mike my hip has never felt better along with my entire body.
