Mike at Elevate Movement and Recovery is amazing. My Achilles Tendinosis is healed because of the physical therapy, workouts, and shockwave therapy I received. I am back running multiple miles, biking, hiking with no pain during or after. All of my pain is gone, mobility is restored and I am back to being active. A major bonus is I am stronger than ever. Elevate is a great place to go to ensure any injuries or performance issues you have are significantly improved. As a college athlete dealing with an injury, Mike Eckert has done a great job supporting me with my recovery and creating a rehab plan to get me back. I am now back to full health because of his support. I would 100% recommend anyone to go if they want to see massive improvements for any injuries and to their overall health.
Mike and Michael provide a fantastic service with an excellent quality rehab facility. They are both extremely knowledgeable and will provide you an extensive evaluation along with a recovery plan to get you back in the actions. Thank you guys!
Mike is amazing! This is no ordinary PT. They really take the time to figure out what is causing pain or weakness through a series of tests and evaluations and then customize the treatment according to the results. Mike provides videos of you doing the exercises so you can see exactly what to do when outside of the gym. They also provide muscle work and other treatments to support your body while it’s healing. I would highly recommend Elevate for anyone, not just athletes!
