A friend of mine recently visited, and their experiences were both concerning and sad. In conversations with the front desk staff, it became apparent that the personnel are not very approachable. Moreover, it appears that the providers lack a commitment to sustaining their practice. This combination of factors raises significant worries about the quality of care being offered.
Avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and deceptive. While I was in the hospital they had me sign paperwork, assuring me that they would bill my insurance. However, they never followed through, leaving me with unexpected and unjust financial bill, easy enough to pay, but frustrating to say the least. I was a patient here back in 2020. I would STRONGLY advise getting a second opinion before signing on for treatment with this place. I'm still in debt after receiving treatment for something I didn't even have! I should have been given a refund, big time! The only perk was that the staff was very nice and friendly.
I was a patient for almost 6 months. I am still paying $$$$ another 18 months to their finance company, I was due a refund of $$$ but Albert never credited or refunded that amount and does not return my calls, I felt after talking to patients that it was a cookie cutter solution to all problems with the same high cost. The positive is the staff is great. I felt in the 6 months that there was a lot of staff turnover however.
