Property staff are amazing and very kind. But Elevate/BellPartners is a terrible company to rent from. I've been a tenant for nearly 2 years with no issues or missed payments. During the term of my 2nd lease my storage unit price went from $15 to $65 without any notice at all and I did not notice for a while. We are moving my son to the area and out of all the apartments and people that we’ve spoken to this crew (Danielle V.) has been the most helpful. So very patient with all of us as we walked through the process, found the right apartment and timeframe to move. It means a lot when someone takes the time to answer the littlest of questions. Danielle, Jorgia, and Erin are amazing. The worked exceptionally quick and productively to get me into my new home in two days. They are wonderful to work with and are a joy to be around.
The entire staff at Elevate is amazing! I knew almost instantly that I wanted to sign during my tour with Erin, she was so incredibly kind and informative! She answered every question before I had to even ask and made the entire application process super simple. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had finding a new complex to lease at, cannot recommend them enough!
