This has been an amazing experience of finding out how really strong a person is even when your body says NO. The coaches are SO supportive and energetic! Also, the EHP community is very positive.
Working out at EHP has been so awesome. I really enjoy the group setting. The coaches and members are very helpful to new members. The coaches encourage good form and push you to do your best. The workouts are written for you so all you need to do is show up and do your best.
After doing 3 sets of 10 power cleans and 10 burpees with my group! I was the last one finishing my last set of burpees, I wanted to quit every set. I had the whole gym pushing me on and chearing for me to finish. And once I finally finished. It was the best feeling after I took a breather. Today I knew I made the perfect gym choice.
Dropped last night to do 19.5. Great group of people and fantastic box. I’ll be back next time I come to town.
I've been a member at EHP for almost a year. During that time, I've lost fat, I've gotten stronger, I've fixed joint problems, and I've gained dozens of friends! The coaches are helpful and patient, but also help me stay accountable to my goals. I am a better person today than I was a year ago thanks to EHP!
My kids both participate in the kids class here and LOVE it. EHP has made my kids fall in love with working out and develop wonderful habits that they can continue as they grow!!!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!
I respect and appreciate when people practice what they preach. Highly recommend EHP to help you reach your health and wellness goals!
