Great experience with the crew that came out. We had a mini split installed for the garage and the craftsmanship/attention to detail exeeded my expectations. When it comes to my house I have high expectations and want things done properly, this crew knew what they were doing.
Elevate came out same day to trouble shoot and maintenance. Gave it a good inspection and fixed our problem. Thomas was our tech today, he was professional and super knowledgeable. Plus he was a head of schedule and called to see if he could fit us in earlier. 99% the time it’s the other way with planned arrival times. Luckily we could make that happen. Now sitting in a cool house and loving it. We highly recommend this company.
In order to sell our condo, we called Elevate Heating & Cooling, Inc to come out and provide us with an estimate for replacing our AC and Furnace. Chase, the owner, came out to take a look at our failing heat pump and furnace. He was personable, easy to talk to, and offered a great solution. I had asked to do some groundwork between the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one, and they were very accommodating with my schedule.
