Absolutely amazing! Communication throughout the entire process was great! We had them install an AC for us and they did a great job! I had a lot of questions about the unit options and Chase (the owner) was always quick to respond to my texts. They showed up on time on install day and were very kind and courteous. Highly recommend!

We’ve only used Elevate once but we’re very impressed thus far! We had to reschedule more than once but were never made to feel bad about it. (In fact quite the opposite as they were very understanding and empathetic!) When we finally had someone over to service our system for the first time he was very punctual, informative, and courteous, honored our coupon, and did a great job! Called Elevate on Friday for furnace and AC maintenance. Scheduled for Monday, showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would. They gave me a detailed summary of everything they found, plus clear recommendations. Fair price for the service. I’ll be calling them back for some additional work they flagged. Easy recommendation.

Elevate replaced my dying furnace with new heat pump. From their service technician servicing my furnace to the replacement and work with their sales department, I felt no pressure to purchase or make a decision. Over the top impressed with Elevate. I had a 25 year old furnace that stopped working. While it could of been repaired, I thought it was time to replace the whole furnace. Great job! Can't say enough good things. Thomas, Kenny and Chase were excellent! Timely, professional and they went the extra distance. These are the people you want to take care of your HVAC needs. They really do care. They are truly 5 stars.
