Absolutely amazing! Communication throughout the entire process was great! We had them install an AC for us and they did a great job! I had a lot of questions about the unit options and Chase (the owner) was always quick to respond to my texts. They showed up on time on install day and were very kind and courteous. Highly recommend!

Thomas was awesome. Extremely helpful and informative. I have an unusual system, and he was able to work on it and give me pointers on making it work better. He was on time, extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Elevate is lucky to have him as a tech. He's a super nice guy.

We’ve only used Elevate once but we’re very impressed thus far! We had to reschedule more than once but were never made to feel bad about it. (In fact quite the opposite as they were very understanding and empathetic!) When we finally had someone over to service our system for the first time he was very punctual, informative, and courteous, honored our coupon, and did a great job!
