Great experience with the crew that came out. We had a mini split installed for the garage and the craftsmanship/attention to detail exeeded my expectations. When it comes to my house I have high expectations and want things done properly, this crew knew what they were doing.

In order to sell our condo, we called Elevate Heating & Cooling, Inc to come out and provide us with an estimate for replacing our AC and Furnace. Chase came out to meet with us and he was extremely professional and kind! He spent a lot of time explaining our options and helped us determine what was needed. Chase, the owner, came out to take a look at our failing heat pump and furnace. He was personable, easy to talk to, and offered a great solution. I had asked to do some groundwork between the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Elevate is great to work with. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled. There was good communication via email and text as to the expectations. When the technician Thomas arrived perfectly on time, he was professional courteous, and explained the process, his findings and the solution. Chase has been fantastic to work with. He installed our furnace and A/C system four years ago, and they have worked great ever since. When our A/C failed on the hottest day of the year, he came out the next day, found rodent-damaged wiring, fixed it quickly, and referred us to an excellent pest control company. Chase is positive, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explains everything clearly and stands behind his work. We are so grateful for his help in keeping our home comfortable year-round.
