Top Notch service, I originally wanted to save my old Trane unit but the cost of ozone depleting R-22 refrigerant was just too expensive. So, Mike sat down with me to factor all of the criteria of our house to come up with just the right fit. Quote was reasonable, so I said " Let's do it"!. The very next day[ yes , that is correct} , Jerrod and Londan were here at 8:00 am to do the install. They were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous HVAC Technicians. We had a great experience working with Elevate! They were so responsive both to coming out to see our home and talk through options, and then also in the install. Thomas was great. He serviced my 2 HVAC systems today. Repaired a burnt wire that he found in one of my heat pumps. He took supporting photos and provided a full written report.
