I have legal guardianship of my nephew since December 16, 2020. In May 2021 I explored putting him in Elevate to deal with some issues. However, they are trying to bill me for a visit he had in September 2019 when he was in the custody of my sister and uninsured. I have called multiple times. I get bills. I get text messages. I get emails. I am not responsible for this bill, and I will hire a lawyer if it goes on my credit report. I subscribe to legal insurance through work for like $20 a month.

I had no problem with Elevate at first. But when it came time to d/c my child from services, i was given NO notice. In fact, they were calling to confirm an appt when i reminded them we would be out of town and that's when i was told my child had been discharged! THEN DR.RIAZ called in the wrong medication order and REFUSED to correct it! Imagine! My child was left with NO MEDICATION after "completing" (hahaha - such a joke they would d/c a child with NO NOTICE to the family when clearly the patient is a CHILD in FRAG... read more

Love working at Elevate Healthcare been here for two years. I have seen staff come and go based on wanting to just do the bare minimum. The founder has high expectations and have brought this organization and mental health to a higher level of standard. It’s odd previous staff that no longer works here try so hard to reapply and those that are not here seem to create non factual statement/s. Perhaps upset because they didn’t exceed expectations!! This place is a joke to work for there so unprofessional checks bounce on you for the first time unbelievable don’t have a work here at this place is Bumpus
