Great Customer Service – I was a first time customer at the salon and the made me feel right at home. cassandra was my stylist and she was excellent. She answered all of my questions and gave great advise. I have already scheduled my next visit! Great job cassandra !!
Unattractive haircolor – Due to ashy roots showing, I asked Missi, who was very nice, to give me a warm chocolate brown hair color and told her that I had tried red years ago and it washed my skin color out and now I prefer to continue the current warm brown I currently had. But I walked out with a flat matte semi-permanent dark red without any shine. From the moment I made the appointment I was treated with respect and care, not just as a prospective repeat client. Jai was nice enough to remind me of the appointment by calling me the evening before. Barbara highlighted my hair to perfection! Best Hair color I've had in many years – I'm new to Tampa so I spent a lot of money trying new salons for color and cut. For two years I was on many meds and my hair was ruined. I have stripes like a zebra – what the hell is wrong with people barbra ruined my hair it is really striped like a zebra and the white not blond white it fried it is breaking off in big chuncks I think I am going to cry
Perfect haircut – Missi White gave me one of the prettiest haircuts of my life and returned the texture back to a healthy shine. She and all of the staff were very easygoing and real. Made me feel welcome and would go there for cut again without any doubt. I definitely walked out looking better than when I arrived. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 for interior design.
